Brenda Blachowski began her fashion career with the luxury retailer, Neiman Marcus. With 7 lucrative years of sales and management under her belt, Brenda wanted to learn more about the entrepreneurial side of the retail business. It was perfect timing that Nicole Miller Philadelphia was looking for a Director of Retail for their two store locations, and with her strong leadership skills and wealth of knowledge, she made the natural transition. Brenda has played an integral role in the success of the company for the past six years, thriving as the team’s “go-to” girl. Brenda is looking forward to the future growth of the company as well as her third child in 2012!

Stacey knew she wanted to be in fashion from a very young age; she preferred to read fashion magazines instead of the traditional children's book. She pursued her dream by attending Drexel University in Philadelphia and graduating with a BS in Design and Merchandising. Her career with Nicole Miller Philadelphia began when she was hired by Brenda Blachowski to preform her six month co-op with the company. She has worked closely with owner Mary K. Dougherty for over 5 years and has never looked back. She is currently the Director of Wholesale, selling Nicole Miller and Cluny across ten states to over 200 privately owned boutiques. She loves driving her "showroom on wheels", working tradeshows in NYC, and of course assisting with the buys for the two Philadelphia boutiques.

Samantha Sciolla

SAMANTHA SCIOLLA

As Director of Branding at Nicole Miller Philadelphia, Samantha oversees visual merchandising, window concepts, and helps maintain brand consistency. A natural born salesperson, Samantha wears many hats within the company, also assisting with retail and wholesale. Her outgoing personality and dedication are what landed Samantha a position within the company after completing her internship. A Philly U alumnae, Samantha is well known in the Manayunk community and is currently a mentor to other Philly U hopefuls looking to get their foot in the door

Jillian Dunn

As manager of Nicole Miller at The Bellevue and a Rittenhouse resident herself, Jillian has cultivated longstanding relationships with fellow Philadelphia fashionistas. Jillian got her first taste of the fashion industry as assistant manager of former upscale Philadelphia boutique Asta De Blue. Pursuing a career in the retail business for over ten years, she is an expert in her field. Jillian believes shopping is a very personal experience that should be both fun and memorable; a true testament to her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Referred to by the team as the “accessory queen”, Jillian has an eye for mixing her favorite Nicole Miller runway pieces with her own vintage jewelry

Mia’s journey with Nicole Miller Philadelphia began as a model in a runway fashion show on her first day on the job! Her experience with the company spans from international travel to styling photo shoots, fashion shows, and high profile clients. Mia has a degree in Design & Merchandising from Drexel University, and while she has a true passion for fashion, English has always been her favorite subject. She enjoys taking on creative writing projects and assisting with event planning. When she isn’t planning an event, the “social butterfly” can be seen out and about exploring the city.

Jennifer Scott is a Minneapolis, MN native. She knew she wanted to work in fashion after spending lots of time with her grandmother who was a seamstress. After moving from Raleigh, NC to The City of Brotherly Love, Jennifer did as much volunteer work as she could to get her foot in the door before officially beginning her career as a fashion consultant and personal shopper at Saks Fifth Avenue. Today, Jen serves as the Bridal Specialist at The Bellevue Location. Her kind, patient nature and passion for the Nicole Miller bridal collection make her the perfect fit to help you find the best dress for your big day!

Courtney Peck graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Fashion Merchandising and Business. After enjoying her time in the sunshine state, Courtney was looking to find her dream job closer to her hometown of Medford, NJ. It was both the community of small businesses and the artsy appeal of Manayunk that led her to apply for an internship at Nicole Miller Philadelphia. Courtney’s work ethic and drive have paved the way for her growth within the company, earning her the title of Manayunk Store Manager in 2011. Apart from her interest in fashion, Courtney is extremely passionate about giving back, and has been involved in numerous charities both locally and internationally.

Laura graduated from Drexel University where she studied Design and Merchandising in Philadelphia. Raised in Moorestown, NJ Philadelphia has been her hometown, and where she met her new husband, Justin. Laura has a background in PR and Marketing, and with her new "Mrs." title she has become a successful Bridal Specialist at Nicole Miller Philadelphia. She enjoys working closely forming relationships with brides and assuring their wedding day stress free and fabulous. Laura loves connecting with people, and is currently a contributing writer to our Nicole Miller Philadelphia blog, sharing stories of her experiences as a new bride
